2026 NBA Draft Big Board

These are my Top 20 players in the upcoming 2026 NBA Draft in May. Considered one of the better classes in recent memory, this board evaluates talent regardless of positional value or team need. This list will be updated multiple times as college basketball is still in progress, and players change their stock.

Last Updated March 23

1. Darryn Peterson - Kansas

Peterson is one of the best college players I have ever seen with my own eyes. Listed at 6'6" 200 pounds with a 6'10" wingspan, Peterson showed incredible flashes at Kansas. Strong build, capable of bullying smaller guards. Elite athlete, incredible first step quickness. Everything seems so natural for him and doesn't seem to hunt for his points. Only looming question mark is his availability.

2. AJ Dybansta - BYU

The 6'9" 210 pound two way forward had a great freshman season at BYU. Great size for a wing, 6'11 wingspan who is a high level athlete who had some eye opening above the rim plays you don't see much at this level. Superior athleticism but also a high level and efficient scorer. Would love to see an improvement from beyond the arc, but expect that to come with time.

3. Cameron Boozer - Duke

Boozer stands 6'10 250 pounds with incredible skill. Uses his body extremely well at the college level, but am worried to see how that translates in the NBA. Possesses elite footwork, elite handle for his size, and rebounding ability. Very worried about his athleticism, as he is not an elite athlete by any standard in the NBA. Al Horford type.

4. Darius Acuff Jr. - Arkansas

While he is only 6'2, his frame allows him to play a little bigger than you may think. Very good speed and quickness that I believe will translate to the next level. Elite scorer, elite shooter, has success with side-step and step-back shots. Elite 3-level scorer poised to be an elite offensive weapon at the next level. Concerns about the defensive end.

5. Caleb Wilson - North Carolina

The 6'10 Power Forward was excellent this season for the Tar Heels. Has great Athleticism, especially for his height/position, good size, and good defensive instincts. Has all the tools to be a great player, just needs to put them together. Definitely needs to get much stronger, and improve the 3 ball. Reminds me a lot of Chris Bosh.

6. Keaton Wagler - Illinois

The 6'6 guard from Illinois led them to their first final four appearance since 2005. Elite decision-making, plays at the tempo he wants to, and a crafty shot creator. Lacks elite athleticism, and can struggle to finish at the rim over bigger guys at times. Will be reliant on his craftiness at the next level.

7. Kingston Flemings - Houston

Flemings stands 6'4 185 pounds with elite athleticism. Ideal size, great upside. Has shown flashes shooting the ball but at minimum attempt  from long range (38.7 from 3). Biggest concern is his shooting mechanics, and we've seen how changing shot forms has gone.

8. Labaron Philon Jr. - Alabama

Philon's three-level offensive versatility is what makes him an intriguing prospect, but needs to be able to do it more efficiently. Has good height at 6'4 but has a slim frame at 175 pounds. Nonetheless, he was one of the most impactful freshmen in the country, and has high upside.

9. Mikel Brown Jr. -  Louisville

Another freshman guard who had a major impact for the Louisville Cardinals.  Another guard who needs to work on his frame. Needs to be more efficient from 3-point rage, but has high upside but should take some time to get comfortable at the next level.

10. Yaxel Landeborg - Michigan

Landeborg just led Michigan to a National Championship and has come a long way. The 6'10 240 pound forward was a key piece to win it all. Was a great all-around player throughout the year. Showed ability to space the floor and knock down shots, and consistently. Only problem is the age, as he is already older than 23.

11. Nate Ament

12. Koa Peat

13. Hannes Steinbach

14. Braylon Mullins

15. Patrick Ngongba II

16. Brayden Burries

17. Jayden Quaintance

18. Thomas Haugh

19. Bennet Stirtz

20. Christian Anderson
